From 23 March the operations of the clinic are temporarily suspended due to the risks posed by corona virus to the health of employees and visitors. Preliminarily, the clinic will not operate until April 6, but this deadline may be extended depending on the situation. The exact date of the clinic resumption will be notified separately.



 Dr. Vilma Matelyte


Dr. Vilma Matelyte finished her cardiology residency in Kaunas Medicine Academy and began her career in one of the largest hospitals in Lithuania. Later, she was part of the cardiology and intensive care cardiology subdivision in Dumfries Royal Hospital Scotland; Borders General Hospital and Antrim field hospital, Northern Ireland. Recently she received a placement in St. George’s Hospital, London as a result of her research work.


Dr. Matelyte is responsible for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of heart diseases (coronary artery diseases, heart rhythm disorders and heart failure). She performs veloergometry, transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, and coronary computed tomography angiography.
